David has been in the construction industry since 1993. Prior to getting in to the home inspection business, David spent years in interior remodeling, window and door installation, exterior siding and roofing, as well as managing a bathroom remodeling franchise. He has also built 2 personal homes and flipped residential properties in his spare time. He started Bethel Home Inspection Service in 2009 and has been in the inspection business ever since.

Before starting his career as a licensed home inspector, Samuel worked in retail, the automotive industry and spent several years in the overhead door business. Samuel is committed to being able to help new homeowners make an informed decision about their purchase.
